Studio Communication:
We do our communication through email, website and monthly newsletter. Please make sure you check one of those at all times to keep up to date with any happenings and opportunities at the studio. Please keep your email address updated for the studio.

Membership & Tuition Fees:
The first dancer in every family will be charged a $50 non-refundable annual membership fee. Each additional family member is $10 each. Dance tuition is based by the season. By registering for dance class you are securing your dancers place in that class for the whole season. You may choose to pay for the full season upfront and get a 3% discount or you can choose our quarterly or monthly installment plan. Monthly installments are due on the 25th of the previous month and are considered late after the 6th. Payments received after the 6th will be charged a $20 late fee. If payments aren’t received by the 30th, the account will be charged a $30 late charge. Any tuition that is more than a month late will result in child being removed from the class roll, however you are still responsible for tuition until a written withdrawal notice is filled out. 30 days in advance notice of the withdrawal is required. Classes are guaranteed based on the number of students’ registered so one withdrawal affects the whole class and we need the 30 days to fill the class back up. You must have a $0 Balance to perform in shows. Any dancer with an account with a balance 30 days overdue will be asked to sit out of class. There are absolutely no refunds given for tuition for any reason. Any overpayments will be a credit on your account to use for future classes.
Additional Fees/Costs:
Tuition does not include performance costumes, performance fees, performance tickets, attire (including shoes, tights, and apparel), private and semi-private classes, or photography/DVD packages. There are absolutely no refunds or credits given for these fees and costs for any reason.

Discover Dance Classes:
These classes are based on sessions instead of the whole season.  You pay for each session.  Registering for all sessions 1-3 will make your child eligible to perform in our Winter Show and all sessions 4-6 will make your child eligible to dance in our Spring Show.

Methods of Payment:
Auto Payments: You may sign up for auto pay on our portal if you would like to take advantage of this option and never have to worry about a late payment. You may also pay online through the portal.
Other methods accepted are cash, check, all major credit cards. A $40 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

Class Withdrawals:
Class Withdrawals: If you need to withdrawal, you must fill out a withdrawal form, available from the director, 30 days in advance to avoid being charged the next month’s tuition.

Referral Program:
We love to reward our loyal clients. If you refer someone to our academy and they become an Integrity dancer, you will be rewarded $5/month off your tuition for the first four months of their enrollment.   This is a total of $20 in tuition credit. They must write your name down when they register as how they heard about us and stay enrolled the entire 4 months to earn the full credit. The $20 tuition credit is per student referred.  We appreciate you sharing our dance academy with others!

Private Lessons:
All private and semi-private lessons are on a separate fee schedule and must schedule through the portal. Private and semi-private classes must be paid three (3) days prior to the date of the scheduled class. A $10.00 late fee will be charged and due prior to the beginning of the private and/or semi-private class. There is a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy for private and semi-private class. Failing to provide the required twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice to the office will result in the missed class being charged as a full private or semi-private class.

Performances:
We put on two stage productions a year, one winter show and one spring show. Participation is strongly encouraged. Participating Dancers need to turn in their participation form by the due date. We also participate in several community events during the season.

Costume Fees:
Every dancer participating in our annual spring show will need to purchase a costume. Costumes are included in the performance fee.  No costume will be ordered without full payment and no refunds can be made. Costumes will only be handed out to those with a $0 account balance.

Annual performance fee:
Participation in our annual shows requires a participation fee, not included in tuition. Each family will receive 2 complimentary tickets to each show with payment of the performance fee. This fee goes towards paying for the professional venue, the theater technicians and other professional fees. If there is a balance on your account one week prior to the show, your dancer(s) will be unable to participate in the show. There are absolutely no refunds given for fees for any reason. Ask about a way to earn a discount off your performance fee or have it paid in full through our two unique fundraising opportunities.

Class Attendance:
There is no refund for missed classes. You may speak with the instructor to see if there is another class available to makeup any missed classes. This will not be possible after show dances have begun.
We do not offer makeup classes for scheduled studio closings.

Class Placement:
Placement in a class is based on many different reasons. We have a syllabus and guidelines for each level to make sure students are progressing at an individual pace in the appropriate class. If you have any questions concerning your dancer’s placement, please schedule an appointment to meet with the director.

Class Attire:
Instructors reserve the right to ask a child to observe class if they are not prepared for class. No jeans are permitted in any class at any time.

Dancewear and shoes may be purchased through the studio if desired.
Click here for access to our online store for dancewear.
There are also dance stores located in Athens and Dacula.

Integrity Logo Wear:
T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, etc. are available for purchase on our team store.

Integrity Conduct:

All students are held to a code of conduct and are expected to represent themselves and the studio in the best way possible. All dancers must be respectful of others, especially their fellow dancers and their instructors. Dancers are also expected to be on time to class and may be asked to watch if they are more than 5-10 minutes late for safety reasons.

General Policies:
No food, gum or drinks other than closed containers of water are allowed in the dance areas.
Please take small children to the bathroom before class begins.

All dancers need to have a bag of some sort to keep their dance supplies in. All shoes, dance bags, etc need to have the dancer’s name in them.

Please check the lost and found box frequently as it is recycled every month.

Drop off / Pickup Policy:
Please drop-off and pick-up your dancer in a timely manner before and after their dance classes.  If an Integrity Staff member must monitor your child beyond 10 minutes prior and 10 minutes after class, you will be charged a $1 a minute watch fee.  We understand that things happen so please contact the studio if there is a situation. Thank you for understanding and valuing our staff's time, especially if it is the last class of the night.

Waiting Area/Visitors:
We offer an open lobby design in our one room studio.  We ask that parents and waiting dancers be respectful of the class in session to allow the dancers to focus on their teacher.
We do offer a participation week where parents can come participate in class to see the progress their children are making.
We also offer “bring a friend” weeks at designated times during the year.

Inclement Weather / Class cancellations:
A schedule of Holiday breaks is posted here and on our portal and kept updated. In the event of inclement weather or other unexpected cancelations, the studio will notify families via email and a message will be left on studio voicemail.

Special Events/Activities:
Throughout the year, we will have fun activities that help keep the excitement going; such as themed weeks, lock-ins, etc. We want our dancers to take class in a fun and loving environment. We promote educational learning and appreciation of dance that they can carry with them through life.
